Kelvo doesn't process payments directly — it tracks them. When your client pays via bank transfer, PayPal, Wise, or any method you prefer, you mark the invoice as paid in Kelvo. We focus on invoicing and bookkeeping, not payment processing.
Yes. You can set any currency per client or per invoice. Kelvo supports all major currencies including USD, EUR, GBP, CAD, AUD, and many more.
Right now, adding clients is quick and manual — just a name and email. Bulk CSV import is on our roadmap for later this year.
Your data is stored securely with Supabase (built on PostgreSQL) with row-level security enabled. Every user can only access their own data. All connections are encrypted with TLS.
You can send up to 5 invoices per month on the free plan, forever. If you need more, upgrade to Pro for unlimited invoices. Your existing data is never deleted.
